Fargo Woman Charged With Felony Trespass

Fargo ( trfnews.i234.me ) – A Fargo woman is facing a felony criminal trespass charge after allegedly entering a home late Thursday night without permission.

According to court documents, police were called at 11:38 p.m. to a reported burglary. The homeowner told officers that Maricella Sierras was inside the residence, despite not being invited in. Officers detained her at the scene.

Sierras reportedly told police she had consumed two or three tequila drinks earlier at a concert. She said she entered the home because she became frightened after claiming to have seen a spirit or ghost on the street. No injuries were reported during the incident.

Sierras was arrested and is now charged with felony criminal trespass. She is being held pending her initial court appearance in Cass County District Court.

Under North Dakota law, felony trespass involves unlawful entry into a dwelling and carries possible prison time if convicted. The North Dakota Courts’ public access portal provides updates on active criminal cases.
