Pennington County (trfnews.i234.me) – TRF News has obtained the latest edition of the Pennington County Citation Disposition Bulletin, which includes felony, misdemeanor, traffic, and DNR cases recently processed in District Court.
Felony and Gross Misdemeanor Cases
- David Truman-Burton Chaboyea, 22, Thief River Falls – Stay of adjudication for felony domestic assault by strangulation. Sentenced to three years supervised probation, $175 fine, no contact with the victim, comprehensive assessment within 60 days, complete treatment and aftercare, prohibited from possessing firearms. A gross misdemeanor charge of interference with a 911 call was dismissed.
DWI and Driving Offenses
- Zachery Michael Swenson, 20, Bagley – Second-degree DWI with two aggravating factors. $790 fine, 364 days jail stayed for two years, two years supervised probation, assessment and treatment required, completion of Clearwater County DWI Program.
- Harlan Robert Osborn, 23, Thief River Falls – Driving after revocation, $285 fine.
Minnesota State Patrol Cases
- Brooklyn Rose Franz, 21, Aberdeen, S.D. – 81/60, $225.
- Spencer Reed Tio, 21, Thief River Falls – 65/55, $125.
- Adam John Horachek, 35, Warren – Careless driving, $185.
- Shane Waylon Morin, 25, Littlefork – Driving after revocation, $285.
- Patrick Robert Mulvahill, 26, East Grand Forks – 64/60, $125.
- Salvador Cortez, 62, Thief River Falls – 70/60, $125.
- Ethan Scott Creviston, 22, Cumming, Ga. – 80/60, $225.
- Steven Grant Broten, 61, Newfolden – Violation of Hands-Free Law, $135. Charge of no proof of insurance dismissed.
- Emily Ann Soderstrom, 23, Circle Pines – Expired registration, $115.
- Kris M. Rokke, 53, Sugar Grove, Ill. – 65/60, $125.
- Lee Otto Carl Seyller, 43, Goodridge – No seat belt, $110.
- John Allen Borg, 62, Viking – 65/60, $125.
Minnesota DNR Cases
- Lloyd Lawrence Bergeron, 67, St. Hilaire – ATV violation (youthful operator without helmet), $135.
- Calvin Tyz Juan Keanu Griffin, 19, Crookston – Taking fish without a license, $185.
Thief River Falls Police Department Cases
- Miranda Lee Schlosser, 42, Grand Forks – Aiding and abetting theft by false representation charge dismissed.
- Chase Rylan Shear, 21, McIntosh – Careless driving, $185.
- Richard Wayne Reierson, 37, Lino Lakes – Driving after revocation, $210, 30 days jail considered served with credit.
- Connor William Rudi, 18, Thief River Falls – Windshield tinted or glazed, $135.
- Jared Matthew Ranke, 33, Thief River Falls – Disorderly conduct, $135, 30 days jail stayed for 12 months, probation to court for 12 months, assessment required. Domestic assault charge dismissed.
- Jose Maximo Martinez, 29, Thief River Falls – Driving after license suspension/revocation/cancellation, $285; expired registration, $30.
- Conrado C. Matawaran, 67, Drayton, N.D. – Uninsured vehicle charge dismissed.
