Sherburne County (trfnews.i234.me) – Authorities are searching for two suspects following an armed robbery in St. Cloud. According to police, the incident occurred on Sunday, September 14, in the 2000 block of Veterans Drive.

Officers were dispatched after receiving a report from a 17-year-old male victim from Savage, Minnesota. The teen told police he had driven to St. Cloud to meet someone for a computer sale arranged through the OfferUp app. When he arrived, two men confronted him in the parking lot.

According to the victim, one suspect pointed a firearm at him while the other reached into his vehicle and took the computer. The victim was not physically injured during the robbery. Both suspects fled the scene on foot.

Descriptions released by police identify suspect one as a Black male, heavy-set, with short dreadlocks. He was last seen wearing a thick camouflage hoodie and gray shorts. Suspect two is described as a Black male wearing an all-black sweatsuit. Their ages are unknown.

As of Monday, the suspects remain at large. Police are asking anyone with information about the robbery to contact the St. Cloud Police Department. Tips can also be submitted anonymously through local crime reporting lines.

Authorities warn residents to use caution when arranging online marketplace transactions. Safety experts recommend meeting in well-lit public areas or police station parking lots. For more safety guidance, visit the Federal Trade Commission and the St. Cloud Police Department.
