Cass County ( trfnews.i234.me ) – A Watford City man faces charges after break-ins at a Fargo strip mall.
Court records say the incident happened on September 2 at about 10:00 a.m.

Officers were called to a strip mall with several damaged suites.
Multiple businesses showed signs of forced entry.
Locks and doors were disturbed.

According to court documents, Boau D. Frederick was found asleep in an office.
Investigators say he got inside by breaking a key lock box.
