Video from the scene, recorded shortly after 9:00 p.m., shows the aftermath of a multi-vehicle accident at the intersection of 25th Street South and 9th Avenue South. Reports indicate at least three vehicles were involved, including an SUV and two cars, one of which was located further down the street.
