Cass County, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is investigating a series of mail thefts reported in several southeastern North Dakota communities between April 1 and late July.

According to the Cass County Sheriff’s Office, thefts have been reported in Lisbon, Enderlin, Sheldon, Kindred, Davenport, Leonard, and Horace. Stolen items include cash and gift cards, and while some of the stolen mail has been recovered, authorities are still working to identify a suspect.

The Postal Inspection Service is urging customers who believe they may have been victims to fill out an official report form to help with the ongoing investigation.
