Cass County (trfnews.i234.me) West Fargo, North Dakota – A Fargo man is facing a felony fleeing charge following a late-night motorcycle pursuit in West Fargo.
According to court documents, at approximately 12:02 a.m. on July 29, an officer attempted to stop a small motorcycle traveling on the sidewalk without lights. The rider, later identified as Scott Gregory Foss, allegedly fled from police.
The pursuit continued along railroad tracks and across the red railroad bridge over the Cheyenne River. Foss eventually abandoned the motorcycle in a tree line and was found hiding in nearby woods.
He was arrested and is now charged with felony fleeing a peace officer.
