Cass County ( trfnews.i234.me ) — A Fargo man is facing felony indecent exposure charges after police say he was caught touching himself in the Dike West Park parking lot.
According to court documents, a woman reported that while sitting in the lot, a car pulled up beside her and the driver — later identified as Larry Hirchert — began touching himself. She told police he had a phone propped against the steering wheel and was moving his hand up and down.
A Fargo Police officer responding to the scene noted that a family was in the park and several people were biking nearby. The officer stated that Hirchert was still engaged in the act when approached, with the phone still in position on the steering wheel.
Hirchert allegedly admitted to “being dumb” and acknowledged knowing that children and other people were in the park area. Court records show he has a prior indecent exposure conviction from March 2025.
He was arrested and charged with felony indecent exposure.
