Fargo, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A Fargo man, Derrick Lambert, is now facing multiple felony charges after a violent shoplifting incident at the 13th Avenue Target on July 11 turned into a physical struggle with store employees.
According to court documents obtained by trfnews.i234.me, Fargo Police, were dispatched to the store for a report of shoplifting involving a weapon. Upon arrival, officers found two men fighting on the ground in the store’s entryway. One was Lambert, who had reportedly attempted to leave the store with stolen merchandise.
