Frazee (trfnews.i234.me) – A shocking arrest has rocked the quiet town of Frazee as Blake Andrew Dearmond, 28, finds himself facing serious charges in Becker County District Court for being a fugitive from justice—a felony offense.
According to court documents, an arrest warrant was issued for Dearmond back on April 2 in Colorado Springs, Colorado, tied to a parole violation stemming from a second-degree assault conviction.
On June 12, Frazee police located and arrested Dearmond on the outstanding warrant. The very next day, June 13, he admitted his identity as the subject of the Colorado warrant and waived his extradition rights, paving the way for his return to Colorado to face justice.
This case underscores the coordinated efforts between local Minnesota law enforcement and out-of-state agencies in pursuing fugitives tied to violent crimes.
