Highway 64/12th St SW, MCKINLEY TWP, Cass County
Mercury Grand Marquis was traveling northbound on Highway 64 in McKinley Township. The vehicle swerved to avoid a squirrel in the roadway, which resulted in the vehicle crossing over the southbound traffic lane, running off the roadway into the west ditch and sideswiping multiple trees. One tree was hit head on and the vehicle then came to a stop.
