Police chief says ICE stopped off-duty officer, demanded ID and drew guns

Brooklyn Park Police Chief Mark Bruley reported that federal agents recently stopped an off-duty police officer, demanding her paperwork, interfering with her attempt to record the encounter, and drawing their guns before she identified herself as a police officer.

Bruley made these remarks at a news conference today, joined by local law enforcement leaders as they spoke on the surge of federal agents in the Twin Cities.
