Arredondo was initially charged in Polk County District Court (Case No. 60-CR-24-208) with Felony Threats of Violence, Interference with an Emergency Call, and 5th-Degree Assault. After appearing in court in November 2023 and May 2024, Arredondo missed multiple court dates starting July 2, 2024.
