JAMESTOWN, NORTH DAKOTA (trfnews.i234.me) — In a disturbing case emerging from Stutsman County, 55-year-old Deborah E. Jespersen of Jamestown has been arrested on suspicion of felony child abuse. The arrest follows an investigation into a report from April 29, where a 6-month-old child sustained a spiral fracture to the arm while under Jespersen’s care. Authorities executed a search warrant at her residence on May 9, seizing evidence related to the incident. Jespersen is also charged with providing early childhood services after having her license revoked. She is currently held at the Stutsman County Correctional Center, awaiting formal charges from the State’s Attorney.
