Beltrami County Man Arrested for Second-Degree DWI After Refusing Chemical Test

Beltrami County, Minnesota (trfnews.i234.me)Gabriel Beaulieu, 43, was arrested on April 18, 2025, and booked into the Beltrami County Jail. He faces two gross misdemeanor charges:

  • Traffic – DWI – Operate Motor Vehicle Under Influence of Controlled Substance

  • Traffic – DWI – Second-Degree Driving While Impaired; Refusal to submit to chemical test

Beaulieu is currently being held without bail pending his court appearance in District Court.
