73-Year-Old Woman Injured in Mora Crash: Child Passenger Escapes Unharmed – Kanabec County – trfnews.i234.me

Mora, Kanabec County (trfnews.i234.me)On Friday, May 30, 2025, at approximately 11:44 a.m., a two-vehicle collision occurred at the intersection of Highway 65 and Maple Avenue East in Mora, Kanabec County. The incident involved a 2015 Chevy Trax and a 2003 Oldsmobile Bravada.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the Chevy Trax, driven by 41-year-old Corrinne Dawn Hanson of Ogilvie, was attempting to cross Highway 65 from Maple Avenue East when it was struck by the northbound Oldsmobile Bravada, operated by 73-year-old Bonnie Jean Boyer of Mora. Boyer sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Welia Health for treatment. Hanson and her 9-year-old passenger, Kolltyn Thomas Hanson, were uninjured. All occupants were wearing seat belts, and alcohol was not a factor in the crash. Road conditions were dry at the time of the incident.

Emergency response teams from the Kanabec County Sheriff’s Office and Welia Ambulance assisted at the scene.
