Fargo, North Dakota (trfnews.i234.me) — A frightening moment unfolded late Friday afternoon in Fargo, where a 7-year-old child riding a scooter was struck by a vehicle.
According to Lieutenant Matt Cers of the Fargo Police Department, officers responded to a call at 4:28 p.m. in the 4400 block of Blue Stem Court South. The incident involved a vehicle slowly backing out of a driveway when it hit the child.
Fortunately, the child suffered only minor injuries and was taken by their parents to a local medical facility for evaluation and care. Authorities reported no citations were issued in connection with the incident.
