GRAFTON, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Grafton, North Dakota man is facing a pair of felony charges, after agents seized 15-pounds of marijuana and $47,000 cash from his residence in Grafton, North Dakota.
marijuana is not legal in North Dakota and this amount isn’t legal anywhere according to court records on September 8th the Grand Forks narcotics task force executed a search warrant here at 8 15 4th Street East in Grafton North Dakota 24 year old Javier Delgado was located in the driveway smoking a marijuana joint inside the home agents seized 15 pounds of marijuana and forty seven thousand fifty dollars in cash along with other paraphernalia a child was also apparently present Javier Delgado has been charged with a pair of felonies possession with intent to deliver marijuana and child neglect I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me

Wow they racism in this comment section like unless you're native american you have no leg to stand on, and before anyone says anything my family has been in North Dakota before your family unless your family was with the Spanish catholic church that came to spread the word of god to the Native Americans.
