The semi was traveling northbound, slowing to make a right turn on to 170th st NW. The Chrysler Town and Country van was driving behind the semi. The Town and Country failed to break resulting in the Town and Country re-ending the semi. Drug use was suspected from the driver of the Town and Country. The driver of the town and country was wearing a seatbelt and the driver of the Semi was not wearing a seatbelt. Front airbags deployed in the Town and Country.
