2nd Sunday Incident Involving Vehicles & Guns In Grand Forks

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Grand Forks man has been charged in connection to a second incident on Sunday involving vehicles and guns.

Two incidents involving vehicles and guns occurred in Grand Forks this past Sunday. Justin Kyle Faulkner has been charged with felony terrorizing for waving a gun around in his vehicle just before 10 a.m. on North Columbia Road. This happened just an hour after Omar Martinez fired his gun into another vehicle on Demers Avenue. Faulkner was found and stopped in South Washington Street, and a man reported that Faulkner was holding what appeared to be a nine-millimeter gun and waving it around. Faulkner was arrested and informed officers that there was a BB gun under the seat. While saying goodbye to his son, Faulkner said, “Daddy made a mistake.”
