TOWER CITY, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A Tower City, North Dakota woman, Harley Storhoff, is facing felony charges following a domestic incident. On July 9th, law enforcement was called to a rural location in Tower City. The male victim, visiting from Utah, reported that after he expressed a desire to return to Utah, Storhoff slapped him and threatened him with a shotgun. He believed the threat was credible as she had mentioned the shotgun multiple times. Storhoff is now charged with terrorizing and felonious restraint in Cass County Court.
