WAITE PARK, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – The teenager who drowned after jumping from a cliff at Quarry Park in Waite Park, Minnesota, has been identified as 17-year-old Emmanuel Seward Jr. of Brooklyn Center. The medical examiner has ruled the cause of death as accidental drowning. According to the Stearns County Sheriff’s Department, on July 9 at 4:21 p.m., a 911 call reported a possible drowning at Quarry 11 inside Quarry Park. Upon arrival, emergency personnel were informed by witnesses that Seward had jumped off a 10-foot-high cliff into the water and did not resurface.
