MOORHEAD, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – A Moorhead man, Jesse Boettner, faces criminal charges following a destructive outburst with a skid steer loader on June 15th at 9:52 a.m. Clay County deputies responded to the disturbance north of Moorhead. Boettner allegedly crashed into a dog kennel, causing the victim’s dog to flee, and damaged a chicken coop, fence posts, gates, and a flatbed trailer. He nearly struck a female victim and later smashed a hole in a door and broke its hinges. Boettner is now charged with felony assault with a dangerous weapon and misdemeanor property damage.
