FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A homeless man was arrested after allegedly threatening people with a knife in downtown Fargo on Friday evening. Fargo police responded to a disturbance at the 100 block of North Broadway at 8:20 p.m. after a disagreement between the suspect and the staff of a business. The suspect, Devarn Maxwell, 42, refused to leave the property and began threatening staff with a utility knife, prompting the evacuation of the building. Maxwell was arrested and charged with two counts of terrorizing.
