St. Hilaire (trfnews.i234.me) – On July 4 at 1:15 p.m., the Pennington County Sheriff’s Office responded to a theft report at Kruse In, a gas station in St. Hilaire.
Kevin Bernard Williams, 34, of Thief River Falls, was cited for theft of motor fuel from a retailer. According to the citation, Williams knowingly pumped $40.23 worth of gasoline into his vehicle without having the funds to pay for it.
Despite being aware of his financial situation, he allegedly took the fuel anyway. The incident occurred during the holiday afternoon and was promptly reported by the business.
