FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Ryan Baron, the former superintendent of Midkota Schools in North Dakota, and Aaron Doss of Fargo are now facing federal child pornography charges. Initially, Baron was charged in District Court with child porn offenses. Doss was later charged in District Court with promoting the sexual performance of a juvenile female in Fargo, allegedly sharing images with Baron and discussing their actions. Both men have now been indicted in federal court as of June 6th. The federal charges detail the attempted sexual exploitation of a child and the receipt and possession of images depicting child sexual exploitation. The charges in District Court are expected to be dismissed, and the case will proceed in federal court. Updates will be provided as the case progresses.
