Fargo, North Dakota (trfnews.i234.me)โ A Fargo woman is facing a felony theft of property charge after being caught on video stealing a wallet from a residence, according to court documents.
The incident took place on the 700 block of 10th Street North, where the victim recorded Shelby Lynn Wessels stealing their wallet. Later that same day, police were called to the 600 block of 10th Street South for a reported disturbance.
When officers arrived, they found Wessels hiding in a basement, heavily under the influence of narcotics. She was immediately arrested not only for drug-related charges but also on outstanding warrants.
Wessels is now facing serious legal trouble as authorities continue their investigation.
