FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Michael Moran of Fargo is facing several felony charges after a witness reported him engaging in drug activity on August 18th.
The incident occurred on the 900 block of 6th Avenue North in Fargo, where a witness saw Moran outside a vehicle allegedly doing drugs.
When officers arrived and searched the vehicle, Moran admitted to possessing around 200 M30 pills, commonly associated with fentanyl.
Additionally, officers discovered stolen items, including credit cards, in the vehicle.
Moran has now been charged with four felonies: possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, possession of drug paraphernalia, and two counts of theft of property.
