Clearwater County, MN – Authorities in Clearwater County arrested Isaiah Gray, 28, on February 12, 2025, on multiple charges, including theft, fleeing a peace officer, DWI, trespassing, and illegal harvesting of wild rice.

  • Theft – Take/Use/Transfer Movable Property Without Consent (Minnesota Statute 609.52.2(a)(1))
  • Fleeing a Peace Officer by Means Other Than a Motor Vehicle (Minnesota Statute 609.487.6)
  • DWI – Operate Motor Vehicle with Any Amount of Schedule I/II Drugs/Metabolites (Excluding Cannabis/Hemp) (Minnesota Statute 169A.20.1(7))
