BAGLEY, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – A vehicle in downtown Bagley, Minnesota, struck a pedestrian on Friday morning. The incident occurred at 9:13 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 2 and Highway 92, Central Street West and Main Avenue. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a Chevy Silverado driven by 79-year-old Gary John Gesell of Bemidji pulled away from its parking spot when it collided with 81-year-old Arthur Douglas Tobkin of Bagley. Tokin suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to the Sanford ER. Authorities have confirmed that alcohol was not a factor in the incident.
