Becker County, MN – A Becker County woman, Teresa Joe Johnson, 36, was taken into custody on February 10, 2025, after being charged with multiple violations of an order for protection and drug possession.
According to court records, Johnson faces the following charges:
- Three counts of Domestic Abuse – Violate Order for Protection (Minnesota Statute 518B.01.14(a))
- Fifth-Degree Controlled Substance Possession – Schedule I, II, III, or IV (Not Cannabis/Hemp) (Minnesota Statute 152.025.2(1))
