FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Early Thursday morning, motorcyclist Andrew Uglem of Fargo was arrested after fleeing a traffic stop and crashing his motorcycle. The incident began on the 500 block of Broadway, where Uglem evaded an officer and sped away. He lost control at the railroad tracks, causing his passenger to fall off and be dragged a short distance before the motorcycle hit a parked car. Uglem initially fled the scene but later returned and was taken into custody. He now faces charges of fleeing and reckless endangerment.
