Beltrami County Man Arrested for DWI Under the Influence of Controlled Substances

Beltrami County, MN – Authorities have arrested a local man, Shaun Cloud, for allegedly operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of controlled substances. Cloud was taken into custody on February 13, 2025, and is currently being held at the Beltrami County Jail without bail.

According to court records, Cloud faces two gross misdemeanor (GM) charges related to impaired driving:
