MOORHEAD, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – On Wednesday night in Moorhead, Minnesota, a property dispute between two known parties escalated into a dangerous exchange of gunfire. At approximately 7:10 p.m., police responded to multiple 911 calls reporting gunshots near a residence in the 1000 block of 14th Street South. The conflict, which began as a physical altercation, intensified when one party attempted to leave in a vehicle. Gunfire was exchanged between an individual in the vehicle and another at the residence.
The individuals in the vehicle contacted 911, leading police to locate and detain two adult males in the 3000 block of 20th Street South. Another male was detained at the original scene. While no injuries were reported, stray bullets caused property damage in the area. All firearms involved have been recovered, and the investigation remains ongoing with assistance from the Clay County Sheriff’s Office and the Minnesota State Patrol.
